How does the checkout process work?
When you check out you have three options: create a user account with us, log in to your existing account, or use Paypal Express checkout (only if you have a Paypal account). After you choose which option, you will be directed to a Paypal payment page.
Paypal processes all orders that are paid by Paypal OR credit card. You do NOT need a Paypal account or sign up for one!
If you have a Paypal account and would like to pay using that account, simply log into your account when prompted. If you would like to pay by credit card, follow the link on the Paypal payment page to pay by credit card (You do not need to have a Paypal account or sign up for one). After you enter your payment information, you will be redirected back to ShortyAntennaSource.com for confirmation.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the US and Canada only. Free shipping applies to all orders (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada).
Do your antennas replace power antennas?
No, our antennas do not replace power antennas. Our antennas replace only fixed mast antennas.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund. We stand behind our antennas 100% and there are no hoops to jump through. Simply return it with all included pieces for a full refund.
When will I receive my antenna?
All orders are processed and shipped within one business day. It usually takes 3-4 days for it to arrive after it has been shipped. Shipments to Canada take 5-7 days to arrive.
How are they shipped?
We ship by USPS with delivery confirmation. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order is shipped (only for orders shipped within the US).
Do you accept personal checks and money orders?
We do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time.
